Tinos, GreeceThe parental home of Yannoulis Chalepas (1851-1938), at the entry of Pyrgos, has been converted into a small museum where the visitor can see the artist’s personal belongings, drawings and sculptures, family photos, manuscripts as well as the workshop of the greatest Greek sculptor. His most famous sculpture is “Sleeping Female” for the tomb of Sofia Afentaki at the First Cemetery of Athens.
