Aetofolia 842 00, GreeceA traditional Tinian residence in Aetofolia, centre of pottery activity in the island from the 30’s to 60’s, houses over 200 ceramic items designating the ancient art of clay. The visitor will have the chance to see items such as: the tinian crock, wide bottomed crocks, kouknoukia, laina, laini, k’pak’, foufou, zara, galatero, marmite, jar, koumi, myseli, armegio, smokers, censers and vases.
At the same time, at the square of Aetofolia there is a pottery workshop where classes of ceramic recipients manufacturing are delivered.
Opening hours: only during the summer months (from June to September 15th) 10:00-14:00 & 17:00-20:00
